A little coffee shop, a whole lot of heart.

Chelsi's Country Coffee opened its doors in 2022 in the heart of Leonard, Texas — a small town with big hospitality. What started as a dream to bring real espresso and from-scratch bakery to our corner of Fannin County has grown into a daily gathering place for neighbors, ranchers, friends and families.

Every drink is hand-crafted, every muffin is baked in-house, and every face that walks through the door is treated like family. We think a great cup of coffee is just the start of a good morning — and we love being part of yours.
